WELLNESS FAIR

Come visit the IMA’s booth at the 8th Annual North Shore Wellness Fair
on Sunday, April 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the O’Keefe
Center at Salem State College on 220 Canal Street in Salem. The event
will include a talk by cardiologist and IMA board member Harvey
Zarren, MD, as well as free massages, chiropractic evaluations, health
screenings, body fat analyses, yoga education, reiki demonstrations
and acupuncture explanations. There will also be raffles, family
entertainment, and two road races—one for the more competitive and one
for runners and one for those who travel more slowly. For more

Snieckus will serve a delicious macrobiotic dinner for caregivers of
all backgrounds on Tuesday, April 27, 2004 from 7 to 9 p.m.

event includes: A Creamy Carrot Miso Soup, Roasted Organic Brown Rice
with Almonds, Baked Tempeh with Savory Vegetables and Herbs, Various
